Day 1 April 16th 2022 Arrived at customers house Customer stated that his water heater started leaking Upon looking at the water noticed it was a direct vent water heater Notified customer we would not be able to change it out today as we do not carry this in stock Customer acknowledged Gave customer a few different options he can choose from just replace like for like water heater or for a Navien tankless Customer stated that he would like to go with the tankless Notified customer we would schedule him as soon as we can I removed old direct vent water heater Customer is aware the gas line is there and it is turned off and not to touch it in the mean time Cleaned up work area Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating Day 2 April 19 2022 Started to perform work proposed Removed old direct venting Notified customer that the hole for old venting will still be there but we will cover it up so animals can’t climb in Customer acknowledged that it will still be there Installed
