Arrived at customers house Customer stated that when they used the washer it would back up into the tub Ran fixtures and upon diagnosing it is a secondary stoppage Gave customer pricing to attempt to clear stoppage CPI does not warranty or guarantee drain cleaning Customer acknowledged and agreed Started to perform work proposed Tried using drain cleaning equipment through the over flow After multiple attempts it did not go through Wen through the cleanout near the washer Stoppage did not clear Cut the venting on the tub Used drain equipment and after multiple attempts stoppage is cleared Ran water from tub and washer Water is draining as designed Cleaned up work area Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating
