Arrived on site per customer request a price for an AC unit or a heat pump. Upon arrival provided pricing to install a new heat pump. Customer excepted pricing to install a new American standard heat pump. Let customer know that we will order the material and once it has arrived we would contact them to get them on the schedule. HVAC Maintenance and Safety Inspection While I was here I performed the annual maintenance and safety inspection on both the HVAC system and the plumbing system. Began by going through my furnace inspection form. Tested the inlet gas pressure was reading 8.34WC. Flame sensor was pulling 2.2 µA. Blower was pulling 3.87A. Inducer was pulling 1.48A. Measured for my Delta T and got an air temp differential of 45°. Tested for carbon monoxide inside the home found none. Tested for gas leaks by the furnace & water heater found none.
