Checked customer request about needing a drain and dishwasher installed. He customer had pure dry restoration drying out water damage to his kitchen and he needed the kitchen sink drain and dishwasher installed. The drain would be done at this time but the dishwasher would need to be installed after the cabinets are reinstalled. Presented customer pricing to install the drain and dishwasher. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. Performed installation of the new drain with the p trap. After the new drain was installed I used a bucket to pour large quantities of water down the drain to test for leaks. The drain performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. The water lines for the kitchen faucet were not hooked up at this time. The dishwasher drain on the garbage disposal was left open. The customer is not going to use the kitchen sink until all of the repairs and restoration is done. The dishwasher will be installed
