Arrived onsite to customer having leaks of exhaust piping. One leak of a 90 elbow and the other on connection to furnace. Removed piping and reglued 90. Re siliconed connection to furnace. Documented work in service titan. Furnace work under warranty while onsite customer wanted condensate line insulated in garage. Told customer I would just charge a dispatch fee in order to complete insulation. Customer agreed. Began insulating line in garage. Showed customer completed work. Asked customer to not run furnace for approximately 5 hours until silicone had reached full cure time. Customer agreed that he would just run his fireplace until that time. Asked customer to keep an eye on furnace and if anything other issues occur to reach out and call us. Collected dispatch fee from today’s service Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating!
