Performed annual safety and maintenance inspection. Inspected all visible plumbing in the home, tested all faucets, toilets and tubs/showers, tightened all under sink drain piping and tested for leaks. Drained and flushed hot water heater, and Inspected water piping and drain condition. The toilet in the downstairs bathroom was very loose from the flange bolts and was able to be moved easily. Spoke with customer about a pull and reset for the toilet, the customer stated that they would handle that. Under the kithara sink was a brass tee connecting the hot and cold water for the kitchen sink that was leaking from both sides of the tee. Presented pricing for leak repair which was approved by customer. Shut off water to kitchen from manifold in garage and drained water. Removed brass tee and existing brass nipples and replaced with new connections. When connections were secure, restored water to the kitchen and inspected for leaks. No leaks were identified.
