Checked customer complaint about bad fill valves and a bad wash machine shut off valve. The customer wanted to replace the fill valve and flapper in both her toilets and replace a leaking boiler drain that acted as a shut off valve for her wash machine. Presented customer pricing to replace the fill valves, flappers and the boiler drain. After pricing was approved I turned the water off to the building. Performed the removal of the damaged fill valves, flappers and boiler drain. Performed installation of the new fill valves, flappers and boiler drain. I turned on the water to the home and tested for leaks. The new valves and flappers performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. The customers home was piped with illegal quest water pipes. Strongly recommend Repipe game the home with pex water pipes. The customer also wanted pricing for a new kitchen sink.
