Customer called in because of stoppage in her mainline. Inspected crawlspace and found that San Tee was on its back.. Customer had side sewer exposed and cut out. Ran camer towards home and found that stoppage was in fact on San tee. When camera hit obstruction the blockage dislodged and sewer became free flowing. Ran camera through rest of line and found that there was a separation on line at approximately 55feet. Approximately 5feet down. Gave pricing to customer for replacement of drains throughout home as portions of drains were back graded and there had been abs piping glued into PVC fittings. Note: notified customer that additional pricing may need to be presented in order to provide proper venting for drain system. Will send out pricing for customer by next Wednesday for replacement of side sewer. Thank you for choosing CPI and heating!
