Customers had a clogged building drain that was causing water to come out of the tub drain and back up the toilet. I went into the crawlspace and checked the drainage piping. I could tell by tapping on the drain that the plug was within 5 feet of where the drain exited the home through the foundation. Using a 300 machine through the downstairs toilet flange was the best option. Removed the toilet and could see water at the bottom of the toilet drain. I put in the 300 machine and worked it up to 38 ft when I saw the water flow down the drain. Worked it back and forth a little more to ensure nothing was still clogging. I used the camera to inspect the drain from the toilet flange to the septic inlet baffle. A total of 50 ft, no sign of bellies, breaks, or roots. Began re-installing toilet. Removed as much of the old caulking as I could. Used a new wax ring and china caps. Also used 2 shims as the floor is slightly uneven. Bolted toilet to the flange. Caulked the base of the toilet, turne
