Arrived at customers house Customer stated that his upstairs shower is leaking in the light fixture below Gave customer pricing for a water leak diagnostic Customer agreed for work proposed Start to perform work proposed Ran tub for 10 mins No leaks are detected Ran shower head directly into drain No leaks are detected Ran shower arm into the shower escutcheon Water was dripping on the the light fixture below Applied clear caulking around shower trim and tub spout Notified customer that not to use the shower for at least 5 hours to let the caulking dry and the caulking would appear clear when dried Customer acknowledged and agreed Cleaned up work area Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating
