Customer called in to pull a water heater and a toilet. Shut water off to toilet. Drained tank and bowl. Removed existing China caps. Removed existing closet bolts. Pulled toilet. Removed existing wax ring. Set toilet aside in the bathroom. Shut power down to water heater. Drained tank. Removed existing water heater straps. Removed existing flex’s. Removed existing electrical connection. Pulled tank. Set aside. Looped together hot and cold lines. Note: electrical connection does not have a sleeve. Notified pure dry of this and recommended getting electrician to perform installation of proper whip. Note: was unable to perform replacement of emergency stop to toilet or capping lines off to water heater because I was unable to find whole house shut off or water meter. Notified david with pure dry that meter would need to be found for me to perform remainder of work. 2-1-23 Arrived on site to do proposed work. Upon arrival found that pure dry had not finished the sub flooring in the
