Performed annual safety and maintenance inspection. Inspected all visible plumbing in the home, tested all faucets, toilets and tubs/showers, tightened all under sink drain piping and tested for leaks. Drained and flushed hot water heater, and Inspected crawlspace condition, water piping and drain condition. The customer also has a water treatment system that required a filter change. Shut off water to water treatment system and replaced post and pre filters. When filters were reinstalled, restored water and inspected for leaks. No leaks were identified. The customer had a kitchen sink and faucet installed by CPI and the dishwasher air gap than had been installed was polished chrome instead of matte black like the rest of the faucet components. Removed air gap and replaced with a new one with the matte black air gap cap. There are 8 multi turn angle stops located throughout the home, and while none are leaking at this time, CPI recommends replacement of all multi turn valves. In the gu
