Performed draining and flushing of the customer’s water heater and KCM inspection. Water heater is 28 years old 50 gallon electric. Water temp was 120 at the faucets. House is on septic and community well. Water pressure is 31 psi. Found old washing machine hoses which are past their life expectancy and the kitchen sink basket strainer is leaking. Left estimates to replace these components but the customer has medical bills to pay for first. Toilets and showers in the bathrooms appear to be working properly with no leaks. Crawlspace appears in good condition with no leaks found in drain or water piping. Recommended for customer to get insulation and rodent barrier replaced in sections where repairs were made.
