Checked customer complaint about a clogged main line. Presented customer pricing to attempt to clear the drain from the outside cleanout. The main line went through the customer’s backyard and through the neighbors front yard. After pricing was approved I attempted to clear the main line with an auger. After augering for a while I was unable to clear the drain and pulled out large quantities of roots. I also attempted to clear the drain with a water pressure bag. I was unable to clear the drain so I referred the customer to Northwest Sewer and Drains to clear the drain and give a lining assessment. I cleaned up the work areas and no further work was performed at this time. Tom was not on site and gave Jessica (Granddaughter) permission to sign off on work and payment.
