Arrived onsite to find the flush valve in a newly installed toilet was not functioning correctly. Observed water standing on top of valve as well as dripping from the duck bill valve. A rebuild of the tank/ new flush valve, duck bill valve, and inlet screen was made. Leak from plastic nipple on tank to supply line was noticed Replacement of whole tank and valve assembly and supply line was made No leaks present at this time Toilet functions as designed Thank you for choosing CPI plumbing and heating
