*Please mail hard copy* Customer called about a leak under their master bathroom faucet. Upon arrival, inspected. Water was leaking from within the Faucet. Explained that this is not repairable and that it would need to be replaced. Also talked about how the angle stops would most likely leak when used and it would be a good idea to get them replaced. Gave options for a new faucets and angle stops, customer accepted pricing. Isolated water to home, drained. Removed existing angle stops, installed new quarter turns with new escutcheons. Turned water on, purged air, no leaks. Installed new faucet, tested. Working as intended. While on site performed safety and maintenance inspection. Only findings are the 6 remaining plunger valves. Water heater is also about 12 years old. Explained findings to the customer. Cleaned work area. Thank you for choosing CPI!
