8778747378 option 6 then 1 2532226034 Eric 2532900137 Arrived onsite to customer having issue with furnace. Went through start up sequence and furnace was not lighting with the HSI glowing and gas appearing to enter the combustion chamber. Found that inlet gas pressure was 12.6” W.C. Customer is on propane. Oulet manifold pressure was measured at 5.62” of W.C. Insulted manual and found this was within tolerance off unit. Checked inducer and Found it to be within tolerance. Checked flame sensor and ground and found it to be functioning as designed. Issue became very spurratic only occurring 1 in every 50 start ups. After trouble shooting for 2 hours finally got ahold of tech support. Tina had me re check all measurements and conduct a ground loop test. Heckled pressure in high fire and low fire and said they are within accepted tolerance and was puzzled as to why the furnace wouldn’t start. Took ohm reading on HSI and found it to be at 61 ohms.
