Performed work as proposed. Excavated down to mainline outside building. Found root from tree had broke mainline and raised piping. Had to excavate closer to building to remove back grade. Installed new section of sewer line and 2 way clean out. Tested all fixtures in the building verifying proper drainage. Verified proper grade on sewer line. Backfilled excavated area.
