Arrived on site per customer complaint of a leak coming from their water heater. Upon arrival Dawn informed me that the leak was coming from the gas valve on the water heater. Provided Dawn options to replace both the water heaters inside the home. Dawn accepted pricing for 2 new LP water heaters. Began by shutting off water to the home and draining both tanks. Shut off gas. Disconnected required connections. Removed old tanks. Installed new 3/4†shut off valves for the water heaters. Installed 2 new flood-stops. Installed 2 new earthquake straps. Installed new water heater flexes. Installed new 2 new pans and caped outlets. Provided and installed 2 new LP Bradford White water heaters. Restored water to the home testing for leaks and found none. Electronically gas sniffed multiple times for leaks and found no gas leaks present. Soap tested each individual fitting insuring everything was leak free, customer was present when we performed the gas leak test. Confirmed operation newly ins
