Arrived onsite per customer complaint of no hot water and flood-stop alarm to be going off. Upon arrival I found there to be a small leak coming from the T&P valve. Found valve to be tight. Turned water heater to pilot. Shut off incoming water to the tank. Drained down tank enough to remove the T&P. Reinstalled the T&P with tape and dope insuring it was tight. Restored water to tank. Reset flood-stop to the “Open†position. Bled air as required and set dial on control to the “Hot†setting. Waited 20+ minutes and found water to continue to be coming from the internal threads on the T&P. Shut off water again and drained tank. Installed a new T&P. Filled tank testing for leaks and found that the T&P continued to leak. Spoke to Scott at Bradford White Tech Support at 12:50PM. Informed Scott of what was going on. After discussing the issue with Scott he informed me that I had a bad/leaking tank and could not be repaired and will have to be replaced. Documented findings in ST. Provi
