Performed plumbing safety maintenance inspection. Began inspection by checking incoming water pressure and peak water temperature. The incoming water pressure was at 60 PSI and the peak water temperature was at 138 degrees. Mr. Holt said he would like his water temperature turned down to 120 degrees. Performed water heater inspection. All components of the water heater except for the emergency stop
