9:00am Spoke to Blake on Phone. Customer complaint of multiple tenant calls for "no heat". Performed diagnostics over phone. Instructed Blake to reset Pump #5 and Pump #7 mag starters. Both pumps appeared to be functioning as designed. Arrived on site at 1pm to meet with Blake. Both Pumps were still in operation. * Pump #7 is primary loop circulator * Pump #5 is North wing circulator They had recently experienced some power outages in the building. Blake agreed to continuously monitor the system through out the day and send email update to oly@cpiplumbing.com before leaving for the night. Blake also reported a bearing seal leak from Pump #7, but now that pump is running it is no longer leaking. CPI will provide pricing for the repair / replacement of bearing seal.
