10/8 Customer called in for continuously running toilet along with a LP water heater that had a pilot light continuously going out. Customer decided to move forward with replacement of both a 50 gal LP water heater and a 50 gal electric water heater. Will return at later date to perform installation of tanks. Estimates for toilets will be sent out via email. Shut water off to building. Drained system. Drained both tanks. Looped water heater flex’s together. Removed tanks. Water was left shut off to building. 10/13 Water was still shut off to building. Shut gas off at the tank to building. Installed earthquake straps for gas water heater. Removed gas fittings in order to install LP water heater. Installed new tank. Installed new water heater flex’s. Installed new thermal expansion tank. Installed new section of venting. Installed new drip leg on gas piping. Installed new water heater flex. Filled tank. Fired off tank. No signs of leaks. Checked for gas leaks twice. No signs of
