Arrived on site. Spoke to Colin about the two issues he wanted taken care of. He showed me a 1/2” copper water line running to a hose bib that had developed a leak at a fitting. I provided him with an estimate to perform a leak repair on that line. He also showed me that his water heater cold side gate valve does not fully shut off. I provided him with an estimate to replace the gate valve with a ball valve. We shut water off to the home. I made the leak repair to the 1/2” copper line running tot the hose bib. Replaced the shut off valve for the water heater. Slowly turned water back on to the home. Checked for leaks. No leaks were found. Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating!
