Arrived onsite to complete the customers kcm on their boiler. Inspected heat exchanger, found to be clean. Flame sensor was in poor condition, recommended replacement of flame sensor. Gas pressure was 10.75, inducer motor was pulling 0.27 amps, flame sensor was reading 22 micro amps dc. System has no visible leaks, system is operating correctly. Customers faucet has low pressure on hot side, and a leaking cold side shut off valve, customer approved replacement of both shut off valves. Pressure on hot side increased to normal pressures after this work was performed. Made customer aware that future memberships will require a dispatch fee on top to cover drive time.
