$922 for kitchen faucet replacement. Way too expensive for single faucet install. Part was $150. Total for the job was $922. Lowe’s and Home Depot would of done the same faucet install for $100 labor.

Repair of water line that has nail imbedded in pipe from trim. From crawl space to before connection on washing machine box. Arrived onsite to customer having pin hole leak in a flexible PEX line in wall from brad nail trim piece. Gave customer pricing to replace both pipes. After talking with customer discussed that we could replace the cold pipe and if leak was still present we could do the other one. Removed flexible pex line and gave customer piece with nail hole. Arrived onsite to customer having issue with a water line leaking in crawl space. Upon inspection of crawl space customer had multiple transitions from poly to pex to poly then to copper. Code requirements do not allow POLY or PVC inside the home. Gave customer pricing to replace the main line. And make the appropriate entrance to crawl space from exterior of foundation. Collected dispatch fee. Note: in order for any repair to be made a licensed electrician must make a repair on a line voltage circuit unprotected that shocked technician while onsite. Customer is getting no hot water and tankless water heater is reading error code E003. Spoke with Bradley from customer support had me reset unit. Tried firing up a couple times before igniting was able to get hot water with no error code. Turned tankless water heater off and turned back on unit is firing up right away now. Tested gas pressure getting 9.4 inc wc with pressure drop to 7.3. Getting 5 gpm. Performed tankless water heater service flies head out unit. Arrived onsite to perform the hvac maintenance. Customer has an 11 year old Buderus boiler, she explained that the boiler made some banging noises last winter other than this no additional complaints. In the attached form is a list of measurements I performed today. Outside of this form I confirmed that the heat exchanger is very clean, condensate trap is clean, all gaskets are in good shape. Venturi is in good condition, checked combustion, and gas pressure, these numbers are within range. Relief valves are closing properly. Performed a crawl space inspection, no leaks were present. Arrived onsite customer had a hose bib that had split due to freezing. Customer had a hole in the wall already in that location. Provided pricing. Customer approved work. Shut off electric water heater, and shut off water to the home. Removed old hose bib, installed new frost free hose bib. Insulated piping to hose bib. Customer requested that I extend the new hose bib out from the wall in order to attach hose easily. Recommend using hose bib cover when cold weather is present. Checked customer complaint about a clogged drain and a leak on a hose bib on the roof. Customer had a clogged floor drain in the deli and there was a yard hydrant on the roof that was leaking. Presented customer pricing to attempt to clear the floor drain with an auger and perform a parts search and locate for the yard hydrant. After pricing was approved I took many pictures of the yard hydrant so we can either replace or repair the hydrant as soon as possible. Performed drain cleaning of the floor drain. I laid down a rug to protect the customerâ€™s floor from damage. I augered out to about 20 feet when I hit the obstruction. I used the power feed to break up the obstruction then augered further down the line to ensure it was clear. Performed drain test with the customer. I poured large quantities of water down the drain and it did not back up. Will send the customer and estimate to repair or replace yard hydrant as soon as possible. CPI does not warranty or guarantee drain cleaning.
Confirmed with customer that fill valve for toilet would not kick on unless it was manually pushed down. Customer decided to completely rebuild toilet tank. Turned water off to toilet and removed tank from bowl. Removed all components inside tank and installed all new components. (This toilet and all components inside tank have been discontinued) Reset tank to toilet bowl and turned water back on to toilet. Tested verifying proper drainage and no leaks present. Arrvied onsite per customer complaint of a water leak inside her home. Upon arrival we found a plastic washing machine valve to be blown apart. Customer let us know that there was severe water damage and that she would like the lines capped so she can get her water back on. Began by providing a price to cap the lines. Customer accepted pricing, we began by removing the access panel located below the washing machine box. Cut and removed a portion of line as well removed the plastic valves. Capped the lines with 2- 1/2â€shark bite caps. Brought the system back up to pressure and tested for leaks found none. Showed customer the repair we had made insuring it met her expectations. Currently the pan and t&p are routed together, this is not up to code. Due to there not being a place to route both the drain and t&p separately it would not meet code. The price does not include fixing of those items. June 21 2021 Arrived onsite to install 2 new electric hot water tanks, upon arrival we shut power off to the tank. Turned off power to the home. We then drained down both tanks. Disconnected the required connections and removed the old water heaters. Provided and installed 2 new hot water tanks. Reconnected required connections. Reattached existing pan drains. Filled both tanks bleeding air as needed. After all the air was bled we turned power on to the tank, insuring the customer had hot water upon leaving. Checked for leaks and found none. Secured body straps as needed. Went over finals results with the customer insuring she was happy. Checked customer complaint about a leak under his kitchen sink. Customers under sink waste pipes began to leak. Presented customer pricing to replace the under sink waste pipes, basket strainer and air gap. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customerâ€™s floor from damage. Performed removal of the existing under sink waste. After under sink waste pipes were removed I performed the installation of the new pipes. The new under sink waste included new basket strainer, air gap and pipes. Once all the new under sink waste was replaced I performed a drain and leak test with the customer. The drain performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. Customer also requested pricing for a new pop up assembly in down stairs bathroom sink and a new hose bib. Checked customer complaint about a clogged toilet. I installed a new toilet for the customer about five months ago and he explained it would clog almost every time he would use it. Presented customer pricing to either replace his existing toilet with a pressure assisted toilet or to auger the existing toilet and see if there are further obstructions. After pricing was approved for the new pressure assisted toilet I laid down a rug to protect the customerâ€™s floor. Performed the removal of the existing toilet. Once the existing toilet was removed I cleaned the area of installation. Performed installation of pressure assisted toilet.
