Found remote strainer on right sanitizer side of meat processing commercial sink leaking from rubber seal gasket. Putty sealant had come out. Reinstalled with new sealant and tested. No leaks at time of service. Raised one leak on same sink to level. Sinks are machined in two parts. Both parts do not perfectly line up and one has a bowed flood rim. Leveled sink as much as possible. Work under warranty.
Customer complaint of clogged floor drain. Gave option for drain cleaning at floor drain. Ran super vee down the drain and was able to clear the blockage, ran super vee down all the way and then ran it back. Tested by running water down the drain. No sign of water backing up. Arrived onsite discovered a leak on a cpvc water line on a quest valve. Presented pricing to replace the cpvc line in its entirety with pex. Also presented pricing to make the repair. Customer wanted to go ahead with replacement of the entire cpvc line due to the fact that it could have another leak at anytime. Took half down to order parts. Customer called in with a broken garbage disposal. Arrived on site and inspected the issue. The existing garbage disposal is 10 years old and is seized. Provided pricing options to replace the garbage disposal with a new unit. The customer accepted the pricing. Removed the existing garbage disposal and under sink waste piping. Cleaned the sink mounting surfaces, installed a new new flange, gasket, and Badger 5 1/2 hp garbage disposal. Installed new under sink waste piping With new gaskets. Tested the installation by running a large volume of water through both sides of the sink and cycling the disposal. The disposal and waste piping is working as designed with no leaks present. Customer called in for pricing to install a gas line from the main gas service to the kitchen where a new range will be installed. Customer called in with backed up drains in the chicken cooking area, prep area, and washing area. They requested that the lines be hydro jetted and camera work be performed. Arrived on site and inspected the issue. The floor drains in this department are draining very slowly. The drain in the wash area is not draining at all. Provided pricing to attempt to clear the drain using a hydro jetter, and inspect the piping with a fiber optic sewer camera. The customer accepted the pricing. Attempted to open floor clean-out covers. All the clean out covers are frozen in place. After some work was able to get all of them open. Attempted to clear the lines with a hydro jetting machine. Was able to clear 100â€™ of piping with the jetter. From the prep kitchen out to 100â€™. There is still a clogged floor drain in the wash area. Attempted to jet this drain but was unable to feed the jetter into the floor drain piping. Used a rotary snake to snake this drain out to roughly 40â€™. The piping
Customer complaint of clogged drains in the meat department. When I arrived onsite and spoke to the manager on Duty(Steve) they had No recollection of the issue. Collected dispatch fee for my visit.

Commercial spray faucet in right side of meat department sink that was installed on 10/6/20 was leaking from mounting elbow threads. Took faucet off cold side and found that not enough sealant was applied to threads. Sealed threads and remounted faucet. No leaks at time of service. Fixed remote stainer handle that had come loose. No other problems found at time of service. Work under warranty.
Installed customer supplied commercial sinks and faucets. Installed a Skewer soak washing sink and commercial faucet in deli department. Installed remote strainers and overflow drain. Provided drain and water supply piping. Tested for leaks. Installed power soak sink, sanitizing sink and two commercial faucets in meat department. Installed remote strainers on both. Provided drain, water piping and 3 new ball valves for emergency shutoffs. Tested for leaks. Put up back splash on both sinks.
Customer had a 3/4 RPBA in compressor room that was leaking from top of device and relief drain. Do to wait on ordering rebuild kit customer opted to have device replaced. Provided and installed new 1/2 Watts RPBA and required fittings. Performed backflow test on device. Passed testing. Will forward test results to local water purveyor.
Arrived onsite to provide pricing for a new furnace and heat pump. Provided three estimates first one is a direct replacement, second one is a replacement with a 95% furnace, and the third estimate is to add a heat pump onto the furnace replacement. If the customer does not go ahead with the heat pump we recommend going with the 95% efficient furnace, if the customer does go ahead with the heat pump we recommend the 80% furnace because the heat pump will be doing the primary heating. Customer called in with a leak from the upstairs through the ceiling into the downstairs. Arrived on site and inspected the issue. There is visible water damage on the basement ceiling directly below the upstairs bathtub. Provided pricing to attempt to locate the leak. The customer accepted the pricing. Laid down heavy plastic sheeting to protect the carpets in the basement. Made a small hole in the basement ceiling in the area with the water damage. Used a small camera to inspect the drain piping under the bathtub. Began running water into the bathroom lavatory and tub. There are no signs of a leak. Began splashing water onto the tub overflow, immediately water started dripping into the wall and onto the basement ceiling. The overflow cover is very loose because the screw that holds the cover on is not tightened. There is also no sealant around the overflow cover.
