Arrived at customers home. I spoke with the homeowner about a problem that his toilet is having. The water level in the tank keeps dropping, causing the tank to to fill up over and over. I tried to re-create the problem but was unable to see it happen myself. I spoke over the phone with my management. They told me that we can order a new flush assembly, and then attempt to replace the old one with it. I provided the homeowner with an estimate to do that as well as a few other estimates for new toilet replacements. The homeowner would like some time to consider the options I provided.
