I tested the water pressure and found it to be just over 90 psi. The UPC plumbing code requires water pressure not to exceed 80 psi. I provided and installed a new 1†pressure reducing valve. I set the pressure to 80 psi. At no additional charge I installed the thermal expansion tank that the water heater installers didn’t install. I tested all installations and everything is in great working condition at this time.
