Checked customer complaint about a leak under his kitchen sink. Customers under sink waste pipes began to leak. Presented customer pricing to replace the under sink waste pipes, basket strainer and air gap. After pricing was approved I laid down a rug to protect the customer’s floor from damage. Performed removal of the existing under sink waste. After under sink waste pipes were removed I performed the installation of the new pipes. The new under sink waste included new basket strainer, air gap and pipes. Once all the new under sink waste was replaced I performed a drain and leak test with the customer. The drain performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. Customer also requested pricing for a new pop up assembly in down stairs bathroom sink and a new hose bib.
