Confirmed with customer that fill valve for toilet would not kick on unless it was manually pushed down. Customer decided to completely rebuild toilet tank. Turned water off to toilet and removed tank from bowl. Removed all components inside tank and installed all new components. (This toilet and all components inside tank have been discontinued) Reset tank to toilet bowl and turned water back on to toilet. Tested verifying proper drainage and no leaks present.
