Arrived onsite to customer having issue with furnace not blowing air. Presented customer pricing with diagnostic with and without membership. Gave customer pricing for replacement units as well due to age and condition of furnace. Customer has a 13 year old Nordyne furnace that had only been serviced one since 2014. Customer accepted diagnostic with membership. Began by giving furnace a call for heat. System ran through sequence of operation but blower never kicked on. System tripped on safety circuit. Removed call for heat and turned power off to the unit. Gave fan a call to run. Fan did not kick on. Went to check amp draw on fan blower circuit and blower kicked on followed by arcing in moles plug. Found that when molex plug from blower cabinet to main cabinet was moved to certain positions blower would kick on and would arc out inside molex plug. Removed power from unit. And inspected molex plug. nuetral wire was found to be loose and I was able to removed neutral wire from molex p
