Performed safety and maintenance inspection of home. Customer stated kitchen faucet hose was getting stuck. Looked at faucet hose under sink and determined the lock nut had slipped and was causing the hose to rub onto the edge of the countertop. Loosened and adjusted hose to have less resistance but advised replacement. Customer wishes to purchase own faucet and reschedule to have us install. Showed customer Ferguson’s website. Talked to customer about shut off valves needing replacement on the main and on the water heater. Also discussed outside hose bib replacement. Customer would like to schedule the shut offs and hose bib at a later date. Thank you for choosing CPI!
