Arrived onsite to customers complaint of Luke warm water. Discovered that the gas valve on the water heater was set between hot and low. Turned up to hot. Checked crawl space for leaks on hot side. Confirmed operation of recirc pump. Checked to make sure cross over manifold under sink was not leaking cold into hot side. Once water heater was up to temperature we grabbed customers and had them confirm that the issue was resolved. Temperature at far side bathroom was 112.
