Customers boiler has an additional Relief valve after PRV. This was said to have been leaking water at a steady stream. This is a price to Remove unit and Install new PRV due to boiler pressure believed to be in excessive of 30 PSI. Arrived onsite to customer having turned of boiler due to a leak she was able to pinpoint as coming from Relieve valve that was installed after the PRV. Relief valve was not the only one on system as boiler has one installed on supply piping. It was also installed in a improper location as it was on cold water make up line. Relieve line was not run to the exterior of the building. Customer accepted pricing for replacement of PRV as well as to eliminated extra relief valve. Bled water from system by opening a radiator on top floor and opening relief valve. Made repair and installed new Taco PRV. Once installed began pressurizing system.
