Checked customer complaint about a leaking p trap. The customer had a p trap that was leaking and needed it replaced. Presented customer pricing to replace the p trap. After pricing was approved I removed he existing p trap and installed the new one. I ran the water with the customer to test for leaks. The new p trap performed as designed and there were no leaks when last checked. Performed plumbing safety and maintenance inspection. The incoming water pressure was at 60 psi and the water temperature peaked at 120 degrees. Performed water heater inspection. All components of the water heater performed as designed. I drained the water heater and performed the inspection of all plumbing fixtures in the home. All plumbing fixtures in the home performed as designed. I refilled the water heater and set it to its previous setting. The customer had an upstairs lav sink that had an undersized drain.
