Arrived at customers house Customer stated that their lavatory sink has a stoppage Tested all fixtures and just the lavatory sink is affected Gave customer pricing options CPI does not warranty or guarantee drain cleaning Customer agreed to work proposed Started to perform work proposed Removed P-Trap Used drain cleaning equipment to clear stoppage After multiple attempts we were unable to clear stoppage Went into the crawlspace and the lavatory sink has a T fitting that is on its back which is making for our equipment not to pass through Gave customer pricing to repair the fitting and replace with the correct fitting Customer acknowledge and agreed Cut out old galvanized piping There was an old line that was capped off We completely abandoned the line and replace new section with PVC Once connected used drain cleaning equipment to clear stoppage Stoppage is cleared Ran water from the lavatory sink for 15 minutes Sink is draining as designed Checked for leaks No leaks present Clean
