Customer would like invoice mailed to p.o box Arrived at customers house Customer stated that he has a mainline stoppage Customer stated that since we were last out here that he got some of the waste line replaced Gave customer pricing to perform drain cleaning Notified customer that we do not warranty or guarantee drain cleaning Customer acknowledged and agreed to work proposed Started to perform work proposed Used camera and when we got to 12 ft it went under water and couldn’t see anything Tried to use multiple drain equipment and after multiple times we could not clear stoppage Water did settle down a little bit and camera seemed to pick up a collapsed line after their repair Notified customer and customer stated that it is about 9ft down to that point For today we will not be able to clear stoppage Cleaned up work area Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing and Heating
