* Please Mail Hardcopy* Customer called in with a backed up toilet. Arrived on site and inspected the issue. The toilet is very full and has been overflowing onto the bathroom floor of the home. There is significant water damage to the bathroom floor. When any fixture is used, water comes up into the toilet. This indicates a mainline blockage has occurred. Provided pricing to attempt to clear the mainline through the toilet flange since no exterior clean-out exists at this location. The customer accepted the pricing. Drained and pulled the toilet, used a power snake to auger the mainline. After several attempts the line began to drain. Ran a large volume of water to ensure the line was draining properly. Reinstalled the toilet and flushed several times to ensure the toilet was functioning properly. The homes drains are now working as designed. Provided contact information for a restoration company.
