Customer called in with backed up drains. Arrived on site and inspected the issue. The whole house is backed up, the customer has already removed the toilet and there is a large amount of water and sewage on the bathroom floor. The customer let me know he had flushed a large amount of wet wipes down the drain. Provided pricing to attempt to clear the main line through the toilet flange. The customer accepted the pricing. Used a power snake out to 35-40’ when resistance was encountered. Pulled the snake back and removed several wet wipes from the snake cable. Repeated this process multiple times until the line began to drain. Inspected with a camera to verify the line was clear. Ran every fixture in the hope to verify no secondary clogs exist.
