Customer called in because of stoppage in studio behind main home. Turned water off to toilet. Drained tank and bowl. Removed existing bolts. Note: toilet flange replacement was recommended to customer. Customer declined these repairs at this time. Cannot warranty or guarantee setting of toilet. Customer was explained this and shown what the problem with existing flange is. Pulled toilet. Removed existing wax ring. Ran drain cleaning equipment to approximately 30 feet 3 times. Meeting resistance at approximately 20 feet twice. No resistance met on third attempt to clear drain. Ran water at 3 fixtures for 20 minutes. No signs of stoppage found at this time. Installed new wax ring. Set toilet using existing hardware. Reinstalled existing water supply. Flushed toilet 10 times. No signs of leaks found at this time. Applied caulking to base of toilet.
