Arrived at customers house Customer stated that she has a leak under her toilet in the crawlspace I notified customer that there is galvanized piping going through the floor and we would not be able to cut and repair that Notified costumer that we would have to try and find copper or plastic water piping and make a connection to the toilet Customer acknowledged and agrees Gave customer pricing to perform water leak diagnostic Customer agreed to work proposed Went it the crawlspace and found copper piping near the toilet Gave customer different pricing options Customer would like to move forward with repair the water line Started to perform work proposed Cut out old galvanized piping Soldered on pex adapter Ran pex to copper stub out Installed new angle stop Customer called PUD to turn on the water Once water was turned on checked for leaks No leaks present Cleaned up work area Checked for leaks in crawlspace and in bathroom No leaks present Thank you for choosing CPI Plumbing
