Customer stated mainline was clogged. Outside clean out had standing water. Provided estimate to attempt to clear mainline and customer agreed to work. Used cable and jetter through mainline before clearing paper blockage. Found that city main is located at about 71 feet from outside clean out. Last 10 feet of mainline is comprised of concrete piping. Mainline is clear and draining from outside clean out to city main. No warranty or guarantee on drain cleaning.
