2/6/23 Arrived on site to customer stating furnace blowing out cold air. Customer had a message to change air filter on thermostat. When testing strip heats in electric furnace, one of the strip heats had voltage going to it and the 2 others had no current draw. We let the customer know and showed them the readings from the voltage meter. Customer stated he would like pricing for a new like model of his current electric furnace. When inspecting main breaker box found that panel had one 60 amp breaker. Informed customer a line voltage electrician would have to come out and provide another set of wires due to the current draw of the new Furnace. New Furnace will be a 15KW Furnace and will need another two pole breaker to suffice current draw. Line voltage electrician will need to confirm proper wiring.
