Arrived onsite to complete the maintenance and safety inspection on the customers heat pump and air handler/ electric furnace. Completed inspection forms for all pieces of equipment, changed filter, inspected coils, put condensate drain treatment into the condensate trap. Confirmed that when water was poured into the drain pan that it went down the drain line correctly. Noticed water dripping from the condensate pan. Let the customer know that this was occurring, offered the option to do a parts location diagnostic, customer approved pricing. Informed the customer that there is no guarantee that we will be able to locate a drain pan as kenmore equipment is not very common. Customer requested that I temporarily attempt to silicone the pan until we can locate a replacement part. Explained that there is no warranty or guarantee that this will fix the issue.
