Arrived on site to perform the work as proposed. Began by shutting off water to the toilets. We then removed the 2 old toilets. Provided and installed 2 new Kohler toilets. Clifford informed me that he would like the elongated to be installed in the master bath and the comfort height to be installed in the guest bath. Put together new toilets per manufacturer instructions. Tested operation of both toilets by flushing them 20+ times ensuring everything was leak free and functioning properly. Showed Clifford the operation of both toilets insuring it but his expectations. Provided and installed a new T6 pro thermostat per manufacturers instructions. Programed thermostat per customer request. Clifford informed me that he would like to leave all programming off at this time. He would like to have the capability of just straight up and down controls. Informed Clifford that if we had to make another trip back out to program the thermostat charges will apply.
