Arrived onsite to customer having a leaking hosebib that would let water into living room when turned on. Since customer was in process of selling house to prevent water damage, gave customer pricing for replacement with and without membership. Customer accepted with membership pricing. Began by cutting 8x8 hole in wall to gain access to hosebib. Turned water off to home and unplugged tankless unit. Provided and installed new Woodford Frost Free hosebib. CPI strongly recommends removing hoses in winter months to prevent freeze damage and to allow hosebib to drain. Performed KCM while onsite Customers water pressure is approximately 65PSI No active leaks visible in crawl space. Drained and flushed tankless unit for approximately 30 Minutes. After flushing ensured customer had hot water at all fixtures. Drainage piping in crawl space has no visible signs of leaks and appears to have proper grade on all visible piping.
