Concerning Brian, as always he was very professional, efficient, and pleasant. Concerning Crome in general I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service at all times. You call them and someone actually answers the phone and they actually know what they are talking about and they can actually help you get something scheduled in a few days (unlike several other recent unfortunate experiences I have had with some other local non-HVAC companies). Anybody can sell you something but nowadays it's service after the sale that gets my business. That's why I keep calling Crome with my HVAC biz (and don't call back these other local firms).
