The Tech I had on 04.21.22 was TREMENDOUS. I really appreciated his explaining things that should have been caught previously by former technicians but that he caught and brought to my attention to take care of and ensure my units are operating at peak efficiency. I am someone who maintains her equipment (as my Dad taught me) and to know that some of these issues should have been brought to my attention earlier, was frustrating to hear at the least. You need more people like Cesar Tinoco. I would also go as far as to have him train future employees as well. Cannot say enough good things about him...even my deaf GSD ended up putting her head on his arm as he was sitting at my table explaining things and that means she likes him and has accepted he is not of harm (she also has brain damage so I ask that no one pets her just in case the movement triggers her fear). Thank you for sending him to my house!!!!

Great work, they seemed to of done an excellent job. I was told in the quotation process they would have to cut my drywall, and they did not, and never recieved an explanation of why, they also took my brand new air filters, I was told they would return them Monday, job completion was on Friday, and they never followed through, no explanation provided again, I assume they made a promise and forgot about it. So, great work, average workers.

Mr. Walker thank you for appreciating our work we did for you. please rest assure your system is not missing anything it needs. The process I discussed with you that if we could not make a proper connection on the duct work that feeds the downstairs living area we would open up the sheet rock in you upstairs master bedroom office area. You explained that was not a big deal that you could repair the opening if needed. You than showed me a spot in your ceiling where you repaired a water heater over flow. We did remove the existing filters that we installed in the grille and installed two brand new filters with the new system. The team had loaded up all the debris and old system and removed from premises. When I arrived to perform the Quality Control walk thru with you at 6:30 pm. I explained that we did not need to cut open the sheetrock and you even said that the air flow was good downstairs. you were impressed with installation and the outdoor unit. We apologize for the miscommunication that took place and I will bring you 2 new filters. Thank You, Brian Wright
