The Tech I had on 04.21.22 was TREMENDOUS. I really appreciated his explaining things that should have been caught previously by former technicians but that he caught and brought to my attention to take care of and ensure my units are operating at peak efficiency. I am someone who maintains her equipment (as my Dad taught me) and to know that some of these issues should have been brought to my attention earlier, was frustrating to hear at the least. You need more people like Cesar Tinoco. I would also go as far as to have him train future employees as well. Cannot say enough good things about him...even my deaf GSD ended up putting her head on his arm as he was sitting at my table explaining things and that means she likes him and has accepted he is not of harm (she also has brain damage so I ask that no one pets her just in case the movement triggers her fear). Thank you for sending him to my house!!!!

After hours call, two systems not cooling. Both had bad capacitors at the condenser. Replaced systems are now cooling properly.
