Incredible

I have to depend on vendors in the Cameron Park area because of a rental house I own there. I live in Santa Cruz and it is difficult to find businesses I can trust. This has been an amazing experience and once the repairs need to be done, I will definitely contact you again!

Customer called and stated that they had a water line leak outside of home. Upon arrival I met with home owner Jerry to give quote for repairs. Customer stated that he already had another quote but was shopping for best price. Quoted customer for repair, then contacted local water district to shut water off to make repairs. After exposing water line, found a 1 inch pvc 90 that had a crack in it causing leak. Technician cut out about two feet of 1 inch pvc water pipe, 90, and male adaptor and replaced with 1 inch copper pipe, 90, male adaptor, and union. Let glue joint cure for 30 minutes before leak testing, no leaks.

Performed annual maintenance on two 19 yr split Goodman systems. Downstairs and upstairs. Tested all parts. Contactor looks good, checked disconnect and wire connections all tight at this time. Dual capacitor 35-5 ok. Refrigerant levels for downstairs unit just above freezing. For upstairs unit in bad shape, see pictures. Line sets insulated. Upstairs unit outdoor fan making noise, and pulling high amps. Upstairs unit electrical panel not attached fully. Downstairs unit disconnect not shut fully. Washed both condensers. Black fed ducts taped not sealed. Due to age of system, would recommend repair vs replace options. Added refrigerant, r22, to system to get system above freezing point and correctly cooling.
