Incredible

I have to depend on vendors in the Cameron Park area because of a rental house I own there. I live in Santa Cruz and it is difficult to find businesses I can trust. This has been an amazing experience and once the repairs need to be done, I will definitely contact you again!

Had to go under sink and tight faucet as well as the mixing valve to handle. I also gave them a free zero charge service and tested their water pressure to the home. Also checked temperature in faucet. it was able to get warm pretty fast because they already have a research pump located on the heater.. I checked there expansion tank for a safety check and it was still good and functioning. Customer seem to be satisfied with the knowledge I gave them and the work that was performed.

Came out for diagnostic in Cameron Park. Unit is a York condenser on back of house. System is R22 and has no refrigerant in system. Found cause of leak at condenser. Condensing coil has corroded and broken open on bottom of coil. System leaks more that 15% annual allowed rate for leakage of refrigerant. Informed homeowner that Senior comfort advisor would be out to asses the equipment to give a fair and accurate price to repair or replace system.
